Role Overview: As a Client Services Representative, you will foster positive client relationships, manage inquiries, and support feedback collection. The position involves making high-volume cold calls, building a sales pipeline, and managing client accounts to generate repeat business.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent client service and managing inquiries via multiple channels.
• Addressing and escalating complex issues promptly.
• Building and maintaining client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
• Maintaining accurate client records and documenting interactions.
• Identifying potential concerns and recommending improvements based on feedback.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 3 years of high-volume inside/outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass background and skills assessments.
