Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Retail)

Join the Safety Culture team as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Retail. This full‑time remote role drives success across our highest opportunity accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize the value of our platform and achieve business goals.

About You
  • 10+ years of total work experience with at least 5+ years in a customer facing role, ideally with Enterprise customers.
  • Strong ability to build executive relationships and drive business value for Enterprise customers.
  • Experience serving customers in the Retail industry is required.
  • Background in leveraging data to inform customer‑facing and internal strategies.
  • Excellent persuasion, presentation, and communication skills up and down an organization.
  • Active listening, deep empathy for customer pain points, and proactive action.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
How You Will Spend Your Time
  • Serve as a strategic partner to a curated portfolio of Enterprise customers, driving adoption and value.
  • Understand customers’ business objectives and challenges to tailor solutions.
  • Own customer retention, ensuring renewals and reducing churn risk through proactive engagement.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive expansion.
  • Leverage industry knowledge for insights, recommendations, and best practices.
  • Advocate for customers internally, influencing product development based on feedback.
  • Contribute to industry‑specific playbooks, collateral, and case studies.
