Applicants selected for this position must be able to attend our 2-week paid training class from 9am-6pm CT Monday through Friday at the designated start date.

After completing a two-week paid training
, you’ll begin handling inbound phone calls, answering questions/concerns from current and future members as well as club staff regarding the Planet Fitness brand while delivering +1 customer service. In addition, you’ll help maintain department inboxes and monitor call volume as needed.

Previous call center or customer service experience is recommended, bilingual is a plus! Must have high school diploma and be at least 18 years old.

This is a nonexempt position. A nonexempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. The anticipated work schedule for this position will be set during normal Call Center hours of operation and determined by business need. Full-Time employees are ones that regularly work at least 30 hours per week.
