We office in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio - with a portfolio spanning the United States and beyond. We have an immediate opening for a Graphic Designer to join our firm-wide People Operations team. As an integral part of a collaborative team, this role will focus on visual communications related to people and culture, with opportunities to partner across other teams including Marketing, Environmental Graphics, and Communities of Practice.

Qualifications
  • bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design (or similar)
  • understanding of graphic design principles, color theory and typography
  • proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere
  • familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
  • advanced photography skills strongly preferred
  • writing and composition skills preferred
