Type: Full-time contractor Compensation: Competitive
You're on camera every single day. You create Facebook/Meta ad creatives, film podcast-style content, produce short-form videos, and build out educational content for our Skool community. You also manage and monitor the ad performance.
That's the job. No fluff. No strategy decks. No managing a team.
You create. You publish. You look at the data. You improve. Repeat.
Day to day:- Script and film Meta ad creatives (UGC-style and direct response)
- Film and produce short-form content for social (Reels, Shorts, Tik Tok-style)
- Record podcast and long-form educational content
- Create and manage content inside Skool
- Run ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and optimize based on performance data
- Report on what's working and kill what's not
- You come from a tech, SaaS, or sales background — you understand the world you're speaking to
- You're comfortable on camera — not "willing to try," actually comfortable
- You understand direct response marketing and what makes people click, watch, and buy
- You've created content that has actually driven revenue, not just views
- You can read Meta Ads Manager and make decisions from the data
- You can produce at volume — this isn't one video a week, it's daily output
- You want to build a team or lead strategy
- You've never run or optimized a paid ad
- You need someone to tell you what to film every day
- You're precious about production quality over speed
Record a 60-second video selling me on MVP Launch as if you already worked here. No research needed — just show me you can sell something with conviction on camera.
