The Sr. Manager, Art is a core creative contributor responsible for developing strong, concept‑driven copy across campaigns, channels, and brand touchpoints. The role partners closely with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists, Producers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to bring ideas to life through thoughtful, effective, and culturally relevant Art Direction, visual storytelling, and design. You will work seamlessly with creative and marketing leadership to understand brand strategies and media requirements to direct art and design so that Nutrabolt stands apart in all categories.
WhatYou’re Good At
- Concept, design, and develop compelling art for integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters and Designers to build strong creative ideas, contributing equally to concept development and refinement.
- Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
- Own art and design deliverables from concept through final execution, managing feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Adapt brand and product assets for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Strategy, Social, Digital, Sales, and Production teams to ensure work meets channel needs and performance goals.
- Participate actively in brainstorms, creative reviews, and working sessions, bringing ideas, references, and solutions to the table.
- Support production processes by developing visual storytelling for shoots, animation, branding, and on‑set needs as required.
- Demonstrate accountability by meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and communicating proactively when priorities shift.
- Bachelor’s degree in Art or an equivalent professional experience.
- 3–6 years of Art Director experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or in‑house brand environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and a foundation in modern design across multiple channels.
- Solid understanding of brand design, visual storytelling, and how ideas translate across formats.
