The Production Coordinator plays a key role in keeping creative work moving from idea to execution. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of campaigns and creative projects across multiple channels, ensuring work is organized, on schedule, and aligned with project goals.
Working closely with creative, strategy, media, and account teams, the Production Coordinator helps manage timelines, coordinate resources, and keep projects running smoothly. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and problem‑solving while supporting the creation of impactful work.
What You’ll Do Project Coordination- Support the planning and coordination of creative production across digital, social, video, print, and integrated campaigns.
- Help build and maintain project timelines, task lists, and production schedules.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met across internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in organizing production workflows from concept through final delivery.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, media, and account teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure everyone has the information they need to succeed.
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals.
- Assist with organizing assets, production files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and production partners when needed.
- Help ensure deliverables meet technical requirements and client specifications.
- Maintain project documentation, production calendars, and status updates.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts or resource challenges early and help resolve them.
- Contribute to improving production processes and workflow efficiency.
- Help ensure final assets are organized, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of execution and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
