Social Media Content Creator

Compensation Range: $30 - 35 per hour

We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Content Creator who lives at the intersection of social strategy and organic social content creation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of high-impact social media content, from developing and managing the social media content calendar to shooting and editing the organic social media posts. The ideal candidate doesn't just "post" content;

they will develop content in accordance with brand guidelines and leverage analytics to ensure every post performs.

• Content Strategy:
  Curate and manage the content calendar.
• Content Creation:
  Create, film, and edit organic social media content.
• Social Management & Publishing:
  Manage the daily "pulse" of the brand across platforms using Sprout Social. This includes scheduling posts, drafting captions, and managing approval workflows.
• Brand Voice & Community:
  Engage with the brand's community, ensuring brand voice is consistent and responsive.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with the marketing team to translate high-level campaigns into platform-specific assets.

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing authentic, organic social content work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Sprout Social for community management is nice to have.
