• Partner with stakeholders across sales, research, and investment-focused teams to understand content and translate data into clear, compelling charts and graphics for multiple audiences and platforms.
• Collaborate within an integrated marketing organization and creative team to develop social media visuals, data visualizations, and graphic assets that communicate complex ideas.
• Design multimedia and immersive storytelling experiences for digital content, incorporating video, motion graphics, and interactive data visualizations.

• Strong ability to simplify and translate complex data into effective information graphics and charts.
• Ability to create digital designs and mockups aligned with web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience preparing files for both print and digital production.
• Proficiency using AI-assisted design tools and applying effective prompting techniques (e.g., image generation and editing).
• Ability to storyboard for animation and motion concepts.
• Working knowledge of front-end development and content management systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working on both Mac and PC environments.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and iterate to solve creative problems.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to take direction from creative leadership.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Background in financial services or other complex, intangible subject matter is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 1–5 years of professional design experience in media, agency, or in-house environments, with an emphasis on data visualization.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $34-$39 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
