• Plan and execute a diverse range of events, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
• Manage all aspects of event logistics including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Create event timelines and manage critical deadlines to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with clients to establish event themes, designs, and formats that resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee the selection of venues and vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
• Conduct site visits and manage on-site logistics to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a portfolio of successful events.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
