Company Info: Founded in early 2025 by former NBA coach, Executive Coach, and Author, David Nurse, and Food & Supplements industry veteran, John George, More/Less has been built to bring More of what people want for their health and wellness and Less of what they don’t need. Our first product is a line of great tasting, protein gummies with 10g of protein, 0 added sugar or sugar alcohols, and only 50 kcals, packed into just kaso’s 5 gummies per serving.

Job SummaryThe Head of Creative and Brand will lead the development and execution of high-impact, emotionally resonant creative content across all consumer touchpoints to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, creative vision, and data-informed decision-making to ensure all Onze creative output meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and performance goals in the health and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Development: Develop and implement creative strategies for integrated campaigns, new product launches, and evergreen content, balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing precision.
- Process Management: Oversee and manage daily workflows, prioritizing projects, while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, marketing agencies, and influencers, across all elements of creative design.
- Content Production: Oversee and perform the full lifecycle of creative asset development—including paid media ads (Meta, Tik Tok), email/SMS marketing, website (PDP,(interval) landing pages) design, packaging, and video content—from concept to final delivery.
- Brand Guardianship: Own and evolve the brand's visual identity and style guides, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels while adhering to relevant health and wellness compliance guidelines (e.g., HIPAA, claims substantiation).
- Performance Analysis & Optimization ಸಂಬಂಧಮ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate performance data and consumer insights into creative improvements through structured A/B testing and iteration.
- Project & Budget Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within scope.

Collaboration:
Partner with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers for specialized tasks like print production or photography when necessary.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership position. Prior experience within a DTC, e-commerce, or health/wellness brand is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). - DTC Expertise: Deep understanding of D叉 Er der_{
