Part‑time, permanent position for Watercolor, acrylic painting and/or drawing instructor at Michaels store in Austin, TX.

This is a great opportunity for an artist who would like to offer classes but does not have their own studio space.

• Teach realistic watercolor and/or drawing classes.
• Provide a finished painting or drawing for each class.
• Market your classes and build your own student base.

• Have the ability to paint and/or draw realistically.
• Have the ability to teach realistic watercolor and/or drawing classes.

Basic: FREE Basics: MAKE A Project Classes — schedule up to one time per month.

• Hourly rate plus $3 per student.
• Hourly rate plus $7 per student for 6 students or fewer.
• Hourly rate plus $10 per student for 7 students or more.

All schedules to be determined between instructor and Michaels store management.

Classes are two hours in length.

All Grumbacher art instructors who teach classes at Michaels must become certified through Grumbacher.
