Now, we’re looking for a Content Marketing & SEO Specialist to help us amplify that impact even further by driving high-intent traffic, boosting conversions, and helping more authors find us when they need us most.

Your mission:
Grow high-intent organic traffic. That means focusing on the people most likely to work with us — not vanity clicks or empty pageviews. You’ll have full creative and strategic freedom to prioritize whatever will move the needle fastest.

We want someone who can own growth — from SEO and content to site performance and link strategy — and help us become the go-to authority in the publishing space.

• Updating and republishing blog posts to improve user experience and reader engagement (think: consolidating posts, improving CTAs, fixing links, adding visuals, and tightening up copy)
• Managing on-page SEO optimizations across existing and new content
• Executing technical SEO fixes (broken links, schema, internal linking, 301s, etc.)
• Leading backlink acquisition efforts — creating share-worthy content, infographics, and outreach campaigns that grow our domain authority
• Publishing new blog content when it supports growth goals — ensuring strong Rank Math SEO scores and a smooth publishing process
• Continuously improving content quality, readability, and engagement
• Adding and updating affiliate links to maximize organic affiliate revenue

A talented writer with an analytical mind — someone who can blend creativity, curiosity, and data to craft content that ranks and converts.

• Proven experience doubling or tripling organic traffic through content and SEO
• Deep SEO expertise — from strategy and content optimization to technical fundamentals
• Strong writing and storytelling skills that bring clarity and authority to every piece
• A personal passion for books, publishing, or author education
• An eye for data — you love seeing how content performs and optimizing for impact
• Experience in a publishing, education, or creative services business
• Success building organic traffic around service-based funnels
• Comfort with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Rank Math, Ahrefs, or SEMrush)
• Familiarity with affiliate optimization and content ROI tracking

60,000 – 80,000 / year (depending on experience)
