Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing construction team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, maintains a positive attitude, and takes direction well while working closely with project managers and field teams.

This position will spend significant time in the field, working hand-in-hand with superintendents and crews to support project execution and ensure strong communication between the field and office.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with field teams and project managers to support daily project operations
• Maintain and manage project documentation in Procore
• Assist with:
  • Budgets and cost tracking
  • Change orders
  • Submittals
  • RFI's
• Coordinate subcontractor communication and documentation
• Help ensure project schedules and deadlines are being supported
• Perform site visits regularly to stay aligned with field progress
• Support project closeout documentation

Qualifications

• Procore proficiency required
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to take direction and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working both in the field and office settings
• 1-3+ years of construction experience preferred (Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar role)
