The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the timely and cost‑effective field coordination, quality control and day‑to‑day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects.

• Prepare the project schedule and maintain accurate status reports.
• Coordinate field activities, ensuring quality control and efficient progress.
• Review status and project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives regularly.
• Ensure safety standards are implemented and adhered to by all workers and subcontractors.
• Direct subcontractor activities within the project.
• Analyze manpower, material and equipment requirements and coordinate with relevant parties.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures and work rules established by construction management.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required and keep supervisors informed of overall progress.

• 10+ years of field experience on commercial projects.
• Experience in commercial and life science construction preferred.
• Supervisory experience as a General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Well‑developed communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.
