Concrete Construction Project Manager | Austin, TX
We’re working with a well‑established concrete contractor in Austin, TX that’s looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support and deliver large, complex commercial concrete projects.
This role is ideal for a PM who has owned projects end‑to‑end and is comfortable managing scope, schedule, and cost on high‑dollar concrete work.
What You’ll Do- Manage large commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and self‑perform concrete operations
- Coordinate closely with field leadership to drive schedule, quality, and safety
- Lead project documentation, change management, and cost reporting
- Interface with owners, designers, and internal leadership teams
- Commercial concrete construction
- $10M+ project budgets
- Data Centers
- Healthcare facilities
- K‑12 and Higher Education
- Parking Garages
- Government / Public Works
- Industrial & Manufacturing projects
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in concrete construction
- Strong background managing large‑scale, commercial concrete projects
- Experience in self‑perform concrete environments preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
