Concrete Construction Project Manager | Austin, TX

We’re working with a well‑established concrete contractor in Austin, TX that’s looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support and deliver large, complex commercial concrete projects.

This role is ideal for a PM who has owned projects end‑to‑end and is comfortable managing scope, schedule, and cost on high‑dollar concrete work.

• Manage large commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and self‑perform concrete operations
• Coordinate closely with field leadership to drive schedule, quality, and safety
• Lead project documentation, change management, and cost reporting
• Interface with owners, designers, and internal leadership teams

• Commercial concrete construction
• $10M+ project budgets
• Data Centers
• Healthcare facilities
• K‑12 and Higher Education
• Parking Garages
• Government / Public Works
• Industrial & Manufacturing projects

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in concrete construction
• Strong background managing large‑scale, commercial concrete projects
• Experience in self‑perform concrete environments preferred
• Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX
