Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations for Site Development, Utilities, Heavy Earthwork, Excavation, Grading, and Demolition
• Lead crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Coordinate daily site activities, schedules, and resources
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Site Development and Utilities
• Strong background in heavy civil construction
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Demonstrated longevity and stability in prior roles preferred
• Ability to manage multiple field operations effectively
