Construction Manager

In building Construction Manager, this CM will be supporting the in building program. Travel will be required. The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all Civil Works and associated financial control via Scheduling (time), SP/ASP and Quality Management on a given project.
• Ensure that all Service Providers are adhering to standards, processes and procedures as well as all Federal and Local standards
• Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies
• Reporting and tracking status reports
• Assess and control charges to the agreed site design
• Site pre-inspections and coordinate post-construction audits
• Responsible for the proper interpretation and compliance of the civil design plans
• Supervise, coordinate and monitor works with the Service Providers and other disciplines that have an interface with the Civil Works part of the project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CM
• Job-related experience with project builds over 200 sites
• Decision making abilities
• Strong communication abilities
