Offices in Justin, TX (Dallas/Ft. Worth) and Alpharetta, GA (Atlanta). Customers include Target, Costco, Bass Pro Shop, HEB, Publix, Best Buy, Trader Joes, Walmart and more.

Based in Justin, TX Monday-Friday 8-5 in office. Relocation is available. At times, travel is required to support project sites, estimated to be 0%-10%.

• Total compensation range: $40,000 – $60,000, based on education and experience (including academic or internship experience)

• Develop, assist, and monitor site-specific safety programs and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of safety training, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Schedule and coordinate safety training, orientations, and safety briefings
• Maintain logs of safety equipment and manage inventory of safety-related items
• Support fleet vehicle safety inspections and compliance requirements
• Conduct jobsite safety audits and assist with corrective action tracking
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Participate in pre-task planning meetings, safety committees, and customer meetings
• Promote a Zero Accident culture and safety stewardship across all projects

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively as required
• Education:
  
  Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Occupational Safety, Safety Management, or a related field
• Experience:
  
  0–2 years of experience in safety coordination or construction safety (internship, academic, or field experience acceptable)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT compliance, and construction safety best practices is a plus
• Ability to learn and comprehend safety training and policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and safety audit software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a field-based environment
