Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 base + bonus + vehicle allowance + benefits

We are a leading commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor with a strong foundation in Texas and a track record of excellence across high-profile projects. With thriving operations in both San Antonio and Austin, we’re looking to add a Senior Project Manager who can take ownership of complex projects, lead with confidence, and contribute to a legacy of craftsmanship and reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects from pre-construction to closeout
• Oversee subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
• Lead project teams to deliver exceptional work on time and within budget
• Track project progress, forecast costs, and support ongoing process improvements

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing or general construction
• Proven track record of leading large-scale reroof and new construction projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Waterproofing systems preferred
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.)
