Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets
• Monitor project costs, variations, and contract valuations
• Support procurement, tendering, and contract administration activities
• Evaluate contractor claims, change orders, and final accounts
• Provide regular cost reports and financial forecasts to project stakeholders

• Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost control practices
• Proficiency in estimating and cost management tools
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
