Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator for a full‑time, onsite role in Austin, TX. This position focuses primarily on commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have design‑build experience and polished presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of estimating experience, be comfortable managing one primary project with additional smaller projects, and excel in collaborating with architects, engineers, and internal teams.

• Perform full‑scope project estimates for ground‑up construction projects (not just trade‑specific scopes).
• Manage estimates for one main project focus, with additional smaller projects as time allows.
• Apply value engineering principles, assist with finish selections, and work closely with architects and engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present estimates to stakeholders and executive‑level clients in a professional, polished manner.
• Use Excel‑based tools for core estimating tasks (advanced software knowledge not required).
• Collaborate with internal teams on innovative construction initiatives.
