Assistant Superintendent – Senior Recruitment Consultant – Commercial Construction – Texas
Our client is seeking a motivated Assistant Superintendent to support the delivery of commercial construction projects
, including ground-up builds, remodels, and tenant improvements
.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career with a reputable General Contractor and gain hands‑on exposure to all phases of commercial construction.
Responsibilities- Assist the Superintendent with day‑to‑day field operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and track daily work activities
- Support site safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
- Participate in inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
- Maintain site documentation, reports, and daily logs
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience working with a General Contractor in a Project Engineer role.
- Experience on commercial projects (ground‑up, renovations, or TI preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- OSHA certification is a plus
