We’re seeking an experienced Civil Site Construction Superintendent to lead and coordinate field operations for a high-profile project in Central Austin and additional upcoming civil projects Central Texas.

This role requires proven experience overseeing sitework, utilities, concrete, and landscaping from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, leads crews with precision, and maintains tight control over safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities for grading, trenching, drainage, and erosion.
• Oversee installation of domestic water, sanitary, and storm systems per City of Austin standards.
• Manage concrete operations for slabs, curbs, sidewalks, retaining walls, and HMAC base installation.
• Coordinate landscaping and irrigation crews for final project completion.
• Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce compliance with OSHA, SWPP, and all project specific specifications.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain high quality standards for all work performed.
• Track progress, prepare daily reports, and communicate with project management, and uphold ECG's quality and safety culture.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve field issues to avoid delays.

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in civil construction (sitework, utilities, and concrete required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple trades and ensure timely completion under tight deadlines.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
• Local candidates only - Austin and surrounding areas.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and manage physically demanding site work.
