We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As a key leader within our team, you will manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee procurement of materials, manage resources, and track labor costs to maintain profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and resolve on-site issues.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and regular updates on project milestones.
- Implement innovative construction techniques and technology to enhance project efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction.
- Experience with K-12 or healthcare projects is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with complex requirements.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
