We are partnered with a respected construction company in the Austin market seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role is ideal for a proven commercial PM who understands the full project lifecycle and can manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships on complex builds.

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, and change orders
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract execution, and scope coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and project documentation
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Manage project closeout and turnover processes

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial projects
• Proven track record managing commercial construction (ground-up and/or complex renovations)
• Experience across commercial sectors such as:
• Office
• Retail
• Hospitality
• Education
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, and schedules
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with construction management software preferred
