Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 (up to $120,000 for exceptional candidates)

Relocation Assistance: $5,000 relocation allowance available

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and reliable Site Superintendents to lead commercial roofing projects in the Austin, TX area. This is a hands-on leadership position managing all aspects of jobsite operations for large-scale commercial roofing projects, including supervision of field crews, subcontractors, safety compliance, and schedule coordination.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and communication while delivering successful project outcomes for clients across Central Texas.



Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities, including workforce scheduling and subcontractor oversight
• Maintain project schedules and enforce quality control
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; lead toolbox talks and site inspections
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors
• Manage site documentation and reporting using Procore, Raken, or similar tools
• Resolve on-site issues proactively to keep projects on track
• Represent the company with professionalism on all job sites

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial roofing
• Hands-on knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, metal, coatings, and waterproofing
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Experience with Procore, Raken, or similar construction management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be able to manage high-value, occupied-site commercial projects
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $90,000 to $115,000 (up to $120,000 for highly qualified candidates)
• $5,000 relocation allowance (reimbursed post-hire)
