In this role, you will be based in their Austin office where you will have the opportunity to progress your career quickly and be a key part of a wider business, full of experienced and knowledgeable staff.
Your responsibilities will include job site visits for pre-bids, reading and understanding plans, takeoffs, comparing scopes and costs, producing estimates and maintaining relationships with vendors.
The Role:- Reviewing plans, conducting takeoffs and producing your own estimates, as well as overseeing the work of others.
- Job site visits for pre-bids.
- Maintaining relationships between the company and vendors.
- Experience as an Estimator
- Experience on commercial / industrial projects
- US Work Authorization
