We are working with a long-standing national construction company with over 30 years of experience and offices in Austin, TX and Cleveland, OH. They are looking for a Project Manager for their Austin office. The company specializes in delivering a wide range of commercial construction projects, including retail, office, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role requires strong coordination skills, with responsibility for logistics, scheduling, and communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project logistics and resources.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Support expediting processes to avoid delays and maintain project momentum.

• Proven project management experience within construction.
• Knowledge of inspections, logistics, and expediting processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills.
• Previous experience with commercial construction projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
