ROTA Nanny

Overview

A private family is seeking an experienced, professional, and reliable ROTA Nanny to provide high-quality care for their children in a structured rotational schedule. This role requires a nurturing, proactive caregiver who is confident managing all aspects of childcare during their on-duty rotation while maintaining consistency with the co-nanny. The rotation will be 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care at all times
• Maintain children’s routines, schedules, and structure
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children
• Manage schoolwork, educational activities, and enrichment
• Plan appropriate activities, outings, and play
• Support sleep routines, bedtime, and overnight care as needed
• Travel with the family as required
• Communicate clearly and consistently with the co-nanny and parents
• Model good manners, behavior, and emotional regulation

• Minimum 10 years of professional nanny or childcare experience
• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
• Experience with rotational or 24/7 schedules strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of child development
• Highly reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy
• Able to fully commit during on-duty rotation (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
• Comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel
