Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Kids Program Attendant | Part Time for the beautiful Barton Creek Country Club.

• Maintain active focus on all children, providing caring, energetic attention and consistent direction.
• Communicate clearly and supportively with parents regarding children’s needs, behavior, and related issues.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly programs and activities planned for each level of childcare as defined for various programs.
• Accurately complete procedures for registration, daily sign‑in/out, cleanliness, and safety.
• Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and furniture within the childcare areas.
• Provide feedback to management about improvements that could be made regarding programming, planning, organizing, and policies.
• Work as a team member with the Fun Squad to provide a high level of service to members.
• Attend all required meetings and staff trainings throughout the year.
• SMILE and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guests.
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.

• Must enjoy working with children of all ages.
• Must have flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be CPR/ Child Infant and CPR/AED certified, or must obtain certification upon hire.
• Yearly Background Check.

• Must be able to lift moderate weight (50-60 lbs).
• Must be willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods of time.

• Indoor Kid's Club childcare facility.
• Indoor Ballroom.
• Outdoor with exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
• Frequent travel around property.

• Microsoft Office.
• Children's play equipment.
