2026 Auctane Summer Internship Program

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program. Students graduating in May 2026 are not eligible.

Duration: Paid 9‑week internship.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, except the week of July 4th.

Program Dates: June 9 2025 —first day of onsite orientation
August 13 2025 —final day of the program.

Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, TX. In‑office:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Remote:
Monday and Friday.

Interviews: Conducted on a rolling basis through March 31 2025.

  Finding the right people for the right roles.
• Learning & Development (L&D):
  Building the company’s internal university to help employees level up.
• Compensation & Payroll:
  Designing competitive rewards and ensuring timely, accurate pay.
• Employee Relations:
  Supporting managers and employees to perform at their best.
• Systems & Analytics:
  Leveraging data to track organizational effectiveness and evaluate business decisions.

• A self‑starter who can troubleshoot and problem‑solve within a dynamic team.
• A high level of ownership and follow‑through.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Located in or near the Austin, Texas area.
• Curious: asks “why” until the root of a problem is understood.
• Business‑minded: interested in a high‑performing corporate environment.
• Analytical: balances quantitative and qualitative data to determine the best path forward.
• High achiever: track record of initiative in studies, sports, clubs, or previous jobs.
