Director of Operations- Stealth Food Platform

This role sits inside one of our most active incubations: a stealth food marketplace company operating at the intersection of food transparency, nutrient density, and regenerative supply chains. The company is in active launch mode: partners are being onboarded, the platform is taking shape, and the market timing has never been better.

• In-office 4–5 days/week at our South Congress office

You’ll own end-to-end execution velocity for this stealth food marketplace platform - delivering:

• AI-powered ops infrastructure
• Investor events and demo days
• Special projects that 10x leverage across the platform

Think: translating vision into operational reality, automating internal workflows, and making sure we hit +95% milestone rates that accelerate momentum.

• You’re a top-1% operator based in Austin, or willing to relocate. You've taken the reins on ambitious, high-ambiguity projects and turned them into predictable, high-velocity machines. Your career is full of "we had nothing but a vision and a spreadsheet" stories: processes stood up from scratch, products shipped under insane timelines, results delivered while everyone else debated the org chart.
• You live for the full stack of execution - strategic enough to shape vision and fundraising decks with the founding team, scrappy enough to build AI-automated workflows that save the team real time. You anticipate roadblocks three moves ahead, close loops without being asked, and write founder-level memos that cut through noise like a hot knife.
• You're neutral ego: title doesn't motivate you - impact and velocity do. You've probably been a Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, Ops Lead, or marketing lead at a food or ag company - or an early startup employee, VC/PE-backed operator, or consultant who went in-house and never looked back.
• You come with a network. You know people in food and agriculture - buyers, brand operators, supply chain leads, investors, founders - and you know how to use those relationships to move faster than someone starting from zero.
• You genuinely care about fixing the food system - not as a talking point, but as a real conviction. You've changed how you eat, pushed for better sourcing, or found yourself ranting about seed oils uilding how Americans grow, buy, and understand food isn't background noise - it's the reason you want this job.

• Collaborate with the Ultranative founding team to deliver on-time launches and efficiency improvements through process optimization
• Drive milestones and coordination to hit aggressive launch and growth targets for the tech-enabled marketplace
• Translate strategic vision into actionable plans, operational structures, and measurable outcomes
