This is a full‑time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue and market presence. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research to identify trends, lead proposal development, and actively collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications- Proven skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and business growth strategies
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other business development software is preferred
- Previous experience in the IT consulting or staffing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
