We are seeking an Associate of Strategic Projects who is exceptional at executing hands‑on complex, cross‑functional initiatives. This role is designed for an individual earlier in their career who is top echelon—intellectually sharp, highly adaptable, and capable of mastering diverse challenges across real estate, technology, and private equity. In this role, you will serve as a force multiplier within the Rex ecosystem: executing high‑stakes projects, supporting leadership priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across ventures.

You’ll be asked to bring speed, rigor, and creativity to bear on projects that shape the trajectory of the company.

• Execute High-Impact Projects:
  Support initiatives across real estate, tech, private equity, and insurance ventures, driving tasks to completion with precision and accountability.
