Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Austin, TX. The Business Development Manager will design and implement strategic business plans to drive sales and revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure client success. The ideal candidate will also actively contribute to the development of sales strategies, pitches, and proposals.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in negotiation, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • 4 years of experience in market research, business strategy, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, prospecting, and crafting effective presentations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, and lead cross-functional team collaboration
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-powered technology and digital solutions is an advantage
