Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. This role serves as a key point of contact between Park 6 Logistic and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate account management, and consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities- Manage and maintain client accounts with accuracy and professionalism
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams
- Monitor shipments, orders, and service requests to ensure timely fulfillment
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Prepare reports, account updates, and performance summaries
- Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination
- Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
