Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Customer Account Representative to join our growing team. This role serves as a key point of contact between Park 6 Logistic and our clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate account management, and consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client accounts with accuracy and professionalism
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams
  • Monitor shipments, orders, and service requests to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
  • Prepare reports, account updates, and performance summaries
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination
  • Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions
