Job DescriptionSummary:
Join our Seller Experience team within Commercial Operations to lead improvements across the opportunity-to-post-sales journey. You’ll partner with Sales, Tech, and Enablement to simplify workflows, align tools, and drive adoption - leveraging AI where possible to reduce manual effort and enhance productivity.
Essential Responsibilities:- Lead complex projects to improve sales operations.
- Analyze business trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Implement new methods and procedures for special assignments.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in operations.
- Mentor managers and provide guidance on project execution.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Pal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.
The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $137,500 to $236,500
