WhoYou Are
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through system controls, physical verification, and process compliance. This role supports warehouse operations by executing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, coordinating inventory adjustments, and ensuring adherence to inventory control procedures across internal and third‑party logistics (3PL) facilities.
Assist in the evaluation and implementation of processes within the scope of the role, working with internal and external partners to find areas of improvement.
Assist in identifying cost savings and efficiency projects through the entire supply chain.
Other duties as assigned.
What You're Good At- Maintain accurate inventory balances between ERP and 3PL WMS systems
- Identify, research and resolve discrepancies and variances
- Ensure timely resolution of inventory discrepancies and variances
- Ensure 3PLs follow inventory SOPs
- Monitor aging inventory
- Coordinate destruction orders
- Provide support to Warehouse and Nutrabolt Teams within the scope of the role
- Support year end physical inventory counts
- 3+ years Supply Chain Experience
- Experience with ERP, WMS and TMS systems
- Working knowledge of inventory management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with emphasis on Excel
- Demonstrated success working in a team‑based environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
