About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team as we develop cutting‑edge AI‑based Supply Chain planning, optimization, and forecasting software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end product development process for our Supply Planning product suite. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation.

As a Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and roadmap planning, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. You will collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, define user stories, and deliver roadmap items on time. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data‑driven decisions.

You Will:
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap planning for Supply Planning solutions, considering market trends and customer feedback
  • Define product requirements for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning capabilities
  • Lead the end‑to‑end product development process from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to prioritize features and define user stories for AI‑driven planning automation
  • Work on master data management, BOM structures, and NPI (New Product Introduction) workflows
  • Drive visibility features across the supply network including suppliers, inventory, and in‑transit materials
  • Define requirements for predictive intelligence features such as demand sensing and safety stock optimization
  • Gather customer feedback, contribute to proposals, provide input to product pricing, and help drive customer adoption
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Present product updates and roadmap plans to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies and support product launches
You'll Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably delivering solutions within the Supply Chain industry
  • Strong understanding and experience of Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, or MRP/MPS processes
  • Knowledge of multi‑echelon inventory optimization and network planning concepts
  • Understanding of ERP data structures and integration patterns (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience with supply chain planning software (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or similar)
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products and driving business growth
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
