On behalf of one of our clients, a leading Lebanese-owned company selling Poultry Feed Supplements, Concentrates & Veterinary Products in the Nigerian market, we are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead their expansion across Nigeria. This isn't just a sales role-it's an opportunity to build a nationwide team, establish distribution networks from the ground up, and become the face of our poultry health and nutrition portfolio.

Job Description The Mission

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the company's market entry and revenue growth for poultry feed supplements, concentrates, and veterinary drugs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute the "go-to-market" strategy to penetrate the Nigerian poultry industry.
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing nationwide sales force.
  • Distribution Management: Establish and manage partnerships with distributors, retailers, and veterinary clinics.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build lasting relationships with poultry farmers, cooperatives, and industry influencers.
  • Leadership: Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the achievement of company growth objectives.
Qualifications What You Bring to the Table
  • Technical Expertise: A strong background in Agriculture Engineering and Animal Science with functional knowledge of poultry disease and nutrition
    .
  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience specifically within the animal feed and feed supplements sector.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Proven ability to create new markets and scale a business from the ground up.
  • Leadership: Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team is essential.
  • Communication: Exceptional persuasive skills and the ability to represent the company professionally at all levels.
