Performance Contracting is seeking a Foreman for its PCI Austin 549 operations based in Austin, TX
. This individual will be responsible for:

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
• Use look‑ahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix
• Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
• Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, co‑workers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
• Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
• Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
• Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• On‑the‑job training offered

This position is safety‑sensitive.

Hourly range: $30 – $34 an hour.

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Foreman/Supervisor role
• Must have a track record of successfully performing supervisory responsibilities
• Must have strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Proficient in reading cold‑formed metal framing shop drawings
• Managed a crew size of 20+ craftsmen
• Understanding of wall framing limiting heights and UL assemblies
• Proficient in quality control
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
