Requirements

• 6-8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS settings, particularly in launching intricate products including CRM systems, automation, and AI initiatives in high-growth organizations.
• Strong expertise in customer discovery techniques with a proven ability to transform qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product strategies.
• Significant collaborative experience in developing and delivering technology products with UX designers and engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, effectively influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker adept at identifying, crafting, and implementing growth initiatives in uncertain scenarios.
• Business acumen to create business cases and prioritize customer needs according to business circumstances.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to develop clear, testable hypotheses and articulate complex strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms.
• Proven track record of utilizing AI tools and technologies to optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and foster innovation.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the Personal Injury legal practice management market and the needs of attorneys and their teams through prospect research and quantitative data analysis to pinpoint valuable opportunities that enhance 8ams competitive edge.
• Spearhead collaborative explorations with design and engineering partners to deeply comprehend customer pain points in daily operations, jointly tackling problem identification, solution formation, and outcome implementation.
• Formulate the strategy and vision for key initiatives, outlining business cases and the return on investment for automating routine tasks to help professionals scale their practices.
• Employ insights into introducing AI-powered solutions to market by collaborating with the AI infrastructure team to synchronize roadmaps.
• Drive ongoing problem-solving through data analysis, user feedback, and metrics that directly reflect customer value and resultant outcomes.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration around outcomes, ensuring product success is gauged, progress is monitored, and adjustments are made to meet objectives.
• Work with Product Operations, Data Intelligence, and Analytics teams to set up appropriate measurement frameworks and dashboards.
• Advocate for customer empathy while executing strategic trade-offs when business and customer priorities are at odds.
• Persuasively influence, negotiate, and articulate strategy with stakeholders at all levels to foster organizational alignment around your vision.
• Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to create commercialization strategies that maximize business results and increase customer value.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and GTM to enhance adoption and manage changes, ensuring customers see tangible efficiency gains and returns on investment from automated PI workflows.
• Utilize AI to speed up discovery, validation, and delivery cycles throughout the product team.
• Comprehend and contribute to the overarching product vision and strategy at 8am across the organization.
