Mobile Implementation Specialist

What you will do

You will travel throughout the United States to interact directly with our US government and commercial clients at a variety of locations. You will help maximize Clear speed’s potential by supporting our operations team in establishing workflow, project design, training, execution, and delivery of selected programs with new and existing clients within the government defense, security, and intelligence space.

You will be the first operational contact in our client’s lifecycle and are responsible for solution design and onboarding, to training and implementation, and to successful turnover for ongoing account management. Ensuring project success and client satisfaction are key deliverables. You will be part of a collaborative team but will also work autonomously with other mobile implementation specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Understand client workflow, requirements, and risk objectives. Deliver a comprehensive solution, conduct training to both large and small client groups, explain project plans and procedures, answer FAQs, and explain training materials directly to clients.
  • Act as an initial operational lead for Clear speed Project Managers and Client Partner Liaisons to ensure a clear understanding of our technology, its implementation, and how to maximize its effectiveness.
  • Regular travel to client sites to kickoff projects and uphold company values and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external team members on client goals and business objectives.
  • Ensure project manager goals and government requirements are fully implemented and delivered.
  • Maintain business integrity of programs.
  • Uphold internal policies, training materials, and standards
  • Create strong working relationships across all accounts by understanding each client’s unique needs and providing best‑in‑class client experience.
  • Drive client adoption of Clear speed solutions; identify opportunities to increase and expand projects.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
Who you are

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience providing customer service, project design, project implementation, or client success.
  • Proven experience within the US government and military is preferred. Experience with investigations, defense, or intelligence cycles is a plus.
  • Previous training in operational security, insider threat awareness, or risk management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management, project delivery, or solution design is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels.
  • Customer focused, must be able to work on a self‑initiated basis and in a team environment. Must be outgoing, responsible, and able to function within a team while traveling for extended periods of time.
  • Due to the nature of our US Government contracts, applicants must meet eligibility requirements for US Government security clearance. Must be a US citizen and eligible for a US Government security clearance.

Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.
