Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking an energetic and quick-learning entry-level coordinator to plan and execute events that fuel our sales pipeline across multiple markets throughout the United States and Canada. Aurigo is the leading provider of capital program management software for the North American market and this position will ensure a world-class presence by our team at industry-specific events for our prospects, customers, and partners.

You will work with sales, customer success, and others to exhibit at industry trade shows and host digital and in-person Aurigo events. This includes researching which events to attend, building relationships with event organizers in the public and private sector, and bringing the team together to execute the show. Supported by our experienced business development team, you will be responsible for driving conversations with leaders at public and private organizations running some of the largest capital programs in North America.

This role requires someone who is outgoing, genuine, and can articulate enterprise-level benefits to a director-level and above audience in a personal setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Research the events landscape in capital planning and construction management and help manage the company’s events calendar.
  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to prioritize and schedule around 15 trade shows per year as well as in-person and virtual customer and partner events.
  • Help manage our webinar, product launch, and other live and recorded video programs that promote our products and services.
  • Project manage all aspects of an event, including budget, equipment, collateral, logistics, contract negotiations, speakers, KPIs, and run checkpoint meetings with the team to keep everyone informed.
  • Work with our digital, social, and email marketing teams to promote our attendance at trade shows and our own hosted events.
  • Use creative thinking to augment our presence among our target personas and strategize how to maximize the company’s return from trade shows and events.
  • Build relationships with SMEs, associations, and partners for events and speaking opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Must-Have-
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to locations across the United States and Canada
  • 1–2 years of experience planning, hosting, and managing in-person and/or virtual events (internships or relevant project work accepted)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to learn and clearly convey product value to prospects, partners, and customers
  • Confidence as a host and facilitator in both live and virtual settings
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Comfort working with competing priorities across a globally dispersed team
  • Curious, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn technical concepts and business challenges in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Nice-to-Have:
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product details, including benefits, features, and modules, in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience using virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinars, ON24), video equipment, and basic video editing tools
  • Familiarity with the United States public sector market, infrastructure, construction, and/or capital programs
