Hembree Bell Law is growing rapidly. We are seeking a high-energy, highly organized Business Development & Referral Partner Manager to serve as the face of our company in the Austin community.
This is an in-office role with significant time spent in the field. You will be building real relationships while also managing the backend systems that ensure every referral partner is nurtured, tracked, and developed strategically. The primary duty of this role is to secure signed partnership agreements and generate revenue through referral and affiliate relationships. This role customarily and regularly performs work outside of the employer’s place of business in direct sales and partnership development activities.
Administrative and CRM tasks are incidental to and in support of sales activities.
