SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

THE ROLE:

In this high-profile role, you will serve as the Chief of Staff for the Datacenter GPU Validation Corporate Vice President (CVP). You will be involved in managing key operations items, driving staff-level work items, key initiatives including technical/validation oriented, and special projects.

THE PERSON:

The right candidate will have strong leadership skills with experience working in Semiconductor silicon post-silicon validation. You will possess communication skills with ability to create content for executive consumption. The role will report directly to the CVP. The person is also a self-starter with ability to operate in ambiguous environment and demonstrate initiative to enhance the organization's execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with Datacenter GPU Validation CVP to drive team operations as well as partnering with the engineering team to define and execute validation enhancements
  • Represent the CVP of Validation on key topics at organization and cross-functional forums/meetings
  • Own & drive staff-level operations including organization financial items (Expense, Capital) and budget projections which is part of our Project Based Accounting process
  • Partner with CVP staff and PMO to drive the management system including program reviews, staffing, staff meetings, and engineering initiatives.
  • Provide operational oversight on key organization level technical & operational enhancements
  • Collaborate with finance, recruiting, key stakeholders and organization staff to achieve the various responsibilities
  • Prepare executive level content as part of responsibilities identified above
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Proven track record of cross-team leadership skills & ability to organize/drive complex topics
  • Able to communicate concepts and processes with stakeholders
  • Analytical, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with multiple people and teams, ability to communicate progress to team members on a regular basis
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment and competing priorities and tight turnaround times
  • Semiconductor validation experience a must
  • Experience using project management tools
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
