2026 Sales & Marketing Graduate Talent Trainee – Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR)
We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are ready to drive impact in the blockchain, high‑performance computing, and data center space. The 18‑month Graduate Talent Trainee (GTT) program develops high‑potential talent into skilled professionals who contribute to Bitdeer’s innovation and growth.
Program OverviewThe GTT program combines hands‑on experience in your chosen field with comprehensive training in our core values – Resilience, Accountability, Customer‑focus, and Entrepreneurial spirit. Participants will develop technical expertise, a global mindset, and cross‑functional skills while rotating within their business functions.

- Fresh graduate (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) or up to 2 years of work experience.
- Technical expertise and experience in the relevant area of interest.
