Under the direction of the WIC Technology Administration Director, the Lead Business Analyst will:
- Perform business and gap analysis
- Translate current MIS functionality into system requirements
- Track and report project milestones
- Identify and escalate risks and issues
- Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment
- Business analysis including requirements elicitation & documentation
- Knowledge of Project Management Framework
- Functional specifications and requirements documentation
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Accuracy in documenting regulatory/system requirements
- Government or regulatory compliance experience (5+ years)
- Project management experience (5+ years)
- Team leadership experience (5+ years)
- Policy interpretation and translating regulations into system requirements
- Experience with MIS systems in large organizations
- PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification (Preferred)
