This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Director of Business Development based in the DFW or Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, generating and following up on leads, establishing and maintaining client relationships, creating strategic business plans, and negotiating contracts to achieve company goals. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive growth and ensure successful project execution.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
